An opportunity for the whole community
The site being considered is located at the north-eastern end of Ringmer. It lies south of the B2192 Lewes Road, and to the west of Chamberlaines Lane.
Land at Broyle Gate Farm is an approximately 8.3 hectare site consisting of agricultural land no longer required for this purpose and would be accessed from the existing entrance point on Lewes Road.
Croudace is exploring the potential for a mixed development on this site which along with new homes would deliver much-needed community facilities for Ringmer and its residents.
Any development would also include a host of environmental features and benefits, for example, providing ponds and swales to ensure sustainable drainage.
